  • Third Quarter Subscription Revenue up 33.1% yr/yr.
  • Remaining Performance Obligation of $923.2 million, up 24.8% yr/yr.
  • Dollar-Based Net Expansion of 119%.
  • Co issues upside guidance for Q4, sees Q4 revs of $154-$155 mln vs. $152.91 mln S&P Capital IQ Consensus. As a baseline for third quarter, PLAN expects billings to be in the range of $213 million to $214 million.
