  • Reports Q2 (Jun) earnings of $0.06 per share, $0.01 better than the S&P Capital IQ Consensus of $0.05; revenues rose 186.4% year/year to $59 mln vs the $40.7 mln S&P Capital IQ Consensus.
  • Total Payment Volume reached US$1.5 billion in the quarter, representing 319% year-over-year growth compared to TPV of $348 million in the second quarter of 2020 and 57% growth compared to TPV of $926 million in the first quarter of 2021.
  • Adjusted EBITDA was $25.9 million in the second quarter of 2021 compared to US$8.3 million in the second quarter of 2020 and $17.8 million in the first quarter of 2021.
