  • Co issues upside guidancefor FY18, sees FY18 revs of $7.20-7.26 bln (Prior $6.84-6.97 bln) vs. $7.05 bln S&P Capital IQ Consensus.
  • The Company is raising the midpoint of its full year 2018 outlook for property revenue, Adjusted EBITDA and Consolidated AFFO by $325 million, $315 million and $255 million, respectively, and lowering the midpoint of its outlook for net income by $5 million.
