  • Reports Q4 (Dec) earnings of $0.20 per share, excluding non-recurring items, in-line with the two analyst estimate of $0.20; revenues rose 7.5% year/year to $1.26 bln vs the $1.23 bln single analyst estimate.
  • Co issues in-line guidance for FY25, sees EPS of $0.77-0.85, excluding non-recurring items, vs. $0.81 two analyst estimate; sees FY25 revs of $5.025-5.225 bln vs. $5.04 bln two analyst estimate.

ADT misses by $0.18, beats on revs; raises FY19 revs guidance, still in-line with consensus

  • Reports Q2 (Jun) loss of $0.02 per share, $0.18 worse than the S&P Capital IQ Consensus of $0.16; revenues rose 13.5% year/year to $1.28 bln vs the $1.25 bln S&P Capital IQ Consensus.
  • Trailing twelve-month gross customer revenue attrition, excluding DIY, was 13.3%, compared to 13.5%, an improvement of approximately 20 basis points yr/yr.
  • Recurring monthly revenue grew by 4% in the quarter, of which 2% is due to Red Hawk, over the same period last year.
  • Co issues raises guidance for FY19, sees FY19 revs of $5.0-$5.15 bln vs. prior outlook of $4.9-$5.1 bln and vs. the $5.04 bln S&P Capital IQ Consensus. Slightly raises low end of Adj.     BOCA RATON, Fla. (AP) _ ADT Inc. (ADT) on Wednesday reported a loss of $236 million in its third quarter.
    On a per-share basis, the Boca Raton, Florida-based company said it had a loss of 31 cents. Losses, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 2 cents per share.
    The results missed Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 27 cents per share.
    The home security company posted revenue of $1.15 billion in the period.
    ADT expects full-year revenue in the range of $4.53 billion to $4.55 billion.
