Reports Q3 (Mar) loss of $0.04 per share, excluding non-recurring items, $0.06 better than the S&P Capital IQ Consensus of ($0.10); revenues rose 46.0% year/year to $41.23 mln vs the $37.02 mln S&P Capital IQ Consensus.
- Subscription and transaction revenue was $36.1 million, an increase of 63% from the third quarter of fiscal 2019. Interest on funds held for customers, which we refer to as float revenue, was $5.1 million, a decrease of 16% from the third quarter of fiscal 2019.
