DOWNERS GROVE, Ill. (AP) _ FTD Companies Inc. (FTD) on Wednesday reported a loss of $31.2 million in its third quarter.
On a per-share basis, the Downers Grove, Illinois-based company said it had a loss of $1.11. Losses, adjusted for restructuring costs and non-recurring costs, were 44 cents per share.
The flower and gift company posted revenue of $148.6 million in the period.
FTD expects full-year revenue in the range of $1.02 billion to $1.03 billion.
In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, the company's shares hit $1.99. A year ago, they were trading at $10.11.
