ATLANTA (AP) _ Beazer Homes USA Inc. (BZH) on Tuesday reported fiscal fourth-quarter earnings of $60.6 million.

The Atlanta-based company said it had net income of $1.84 per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring gains and to account for discontinued operations, were $1.15 per share.

The homebuilder posted revenue of $767.9 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported a loss of $45.4 million, or $1.41 per share, swinging to a loss in the period. Revenue was reported as $2.11 billion.

Beazer shares have dropped 57 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has dropped 59 percent in the last 12 months.
