HSN beats by $0.05, beats on revs; appoints Rod Little as CFO of HSNi :
- Reports Q4 (Dec) earnings of $0.82 per share, excluding non-recurring items, $0.05 better than the Capital IQ Consensus of $0.77; revenues fell 2.3% year/year to $1.07 bln vs the $1.05 bln Capital IQ Consensus.
- HSNi's digital sales grew 4% with penetration increasing 330 basis points to 55%.
- The co appointed Rod Little as Chief Financial Officer of HSNi on Jan 3, 2017. Mr. Little comes to HSNi after having served as Chief Financial Officer for Elizabeth Arden as well as 'a variety of' leadership positions with Procter & Gamble.
