• Reports Q3 (Sep) earnings of $0.16 per share, excluding non-recurring items,$0.03 better than the Capital IQ Consensus of $0.13; revenues rose 21.8% year/year to $89.9 mln vs the $86.6 mln Capital IQ Consensus.
  • As compared to the third quarter of 2015, revenue was up 22% primarily due to higher revenue from sales of memory products and security technology development projects, including revenue from the various acquisitions during the year.
