• Reports Q2 (Jun) earnings of $0.88 per share, $0.02 better than the Capital IQ Consensus of $0.86; revenues fell 4.1% year/year to $1.69 bln vs the $1.72 bln Capital IQ Consensus. Organic revenue declined 7% and acquisition revenue, net of dispositions, provided 3% growth in the quarter.
• Co issues guidance for FY16, lowers EPS to $3.35-3.45 from $3.51-3.66 vs. $3.42 Capital IQ Consensus; lowers rev to down 3-5% to ~$6.61-6.75 bln (from down 2-5%) vs. $6.84 bln.
