Cisco's fiscal fourth-quarter earnings climbed 56% as the network-equipment maker reported stronger revenue and a decline in operating expenses. Shares jumped 4.2% to $18.07 after hours as adjusted earnings topped Cisco's expectations and the company raised its quarterly dividend 75% to 14 cents a share.
